Yes, local pickup is available from our warehouse at Unit 15/457 Victoria St, Wetherill Park NSW 2164. Just select "Store Pickup" at checkout and we'll have it ready for you.

Our entire Liquichem range is formulated and manufactured right here in Sydney at our Wetherill Park facility. We blend everything in house. No imported concentrates, no relabelling. Local production means fresher product and proper quality control on every batch.

Because we manufacture on site, everything moves fast. You're not getting product that's been sitting in some warehouse for months. Most orders are filled from batches made that same week. Fresh chemicals perform better, especially solvents and surfactant based cleaners, so it actually makes a difference.

Orders over $150 within Sydney Metro ship free. Some bulky, heavy or Dangerous Goods products may be excluded. For anywhere else in Australia, shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight, freight classification and destination. For bulk or pallet orders, give us a call on 02 9607 4487 and we'll sort out a freight quote.

We offer same day delivery for parcels within Sydney Metro, depending on your location and package size, through our local courier partner. Orders need to be placed before 10:30am to qualify for same day. Same day pallet freight is also coming soon, with a 4 hour turnaround. For standard shipping, orders placed before 2pm Sydney time are generally dispatched the next business day. Within Sydney Metro you're looking at 1 to 2 business days for delivery. Regional NSW and Melbourne or Brisbane is around 2 to 5 business days. Perth, Hobart and Darwin can be 5 to 10. You'll get tracking sent to your email once it ships.

SDS documents are available for every Liquichem product. If you need one for workplace compliance, just email us at orders@acleanersdream.com.au with the product name and we'll send it through. All our products are labelled to GHS standards.

No. All orders need to go to a valid physical residential, commercial or business address. We can't deliver to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers or similar. If an order comes through with an unsupported address, we'll get in touch to arrange an alternative before dispatch.

Change of mind returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery as long as the product is unopened, in original packaging and in resaleable condition. Return shipping is at your cost. If something arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll sort out a replacement or refund. Opened chemical products can't be returned for safety reasons.
